What does LunexaCare sell?

We sell carefully selected products designed to make everyday parenting easier — focused on babies and toddlers (0–3 years). Sleep, feeding, daily routines, and small tools that bring more calm into busy days.

How do you choose what you carry?

Every product has to answer one question: does this make a parent's daily life easier? If it isn't simple, useful, and reliable, it doesn't belong here. We'd rather carry a small, trustworthy range than a noisy, overwhelming one.

Who is LunexaCare for?

Parents of babies and toddlers from newborn to around three years old. New parents, second-time parents, partners, grandparents — anyone caring for a small human and wanting fewer decisions to make.

Safety and quality

Are your products safe for newborns and toddlers?

Yes. Every product is reviewed against safety standards before we add it. Where applicable, items are tested for age suitability, materials, and ease of use. If a product isn't right for a specific age, we say so clearly on the page.

How do I know I can trust a product?

We never list anything we wouldn't use ourselves. Every product page includes plain-language details — what it's for, how it works, and any care instructions. No vague claims, no fine print.

What if I need help choosing the right product?

Just ask. Our team has parents on it, and we're happy to point you toward the right thing — even if that means saying "you don't need this one."

Orders and shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. Most parents receive their order in 3–7 business days, depending on location. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most countries. Live shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll get a confirmation email at checkout, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — write to us right away and we'll catch it. Once it's on its way, we'll help you return or exchange it.

Returns and refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original condition. We want you to feel calm about your purchase, not stuck with it.

How do I return something?

Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. We try to make this part painless — no forms, no scripts.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, and most banks credit the amount within another 5–7 days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

That shouldn't happen — but if it does, send us a photo and we'll send a replacement straight away, no return required.
